Account Management

Account Security

You must keep your account details (username and password) confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out under your account. While we provide SSL encryption protection, you are responsible for the security of your own computer or mobile device.

Account Verification

mm98 may verify a user's personal information at any time. When requested to complete verification, you must provide a valid copy of your ID or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Account Closure

Users may contact our support team at any time to close their account voluntarily. We may also suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

  • If these terms and conditions are violated
  • If we receive information that the account is being used for fraud or money laundering
  • If false personal information is found to have been provided
  • If we detect that the platform has been manipulated in any way

Deposit / Withdrawal Terms

Section 4.1

Deposit

At mm98, you can deposit in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks and the deposit process is handled smoothly and quickly. We may review deposits to confirm they are genuine.

Section 4.2

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes and may vary depending on the transfer method and bank processing. Withdrawals can only be processed after account verification (KYC) is completed.

  • Withdrawal requests may be suspended if there is suspicion of a software exploit or any attempt to circumvent the system.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met — you can check your wagering progress on the platform.
  • Withdrawals will generally be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions

Section 5.1

First Deposit Welcome Bonus

When you make your first deposit at mm98, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. For example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to play with. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a total of 420,000 Ks to play with. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fully met.

Section 5.2

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may have a wagering time limit, which you can check at the time the bonus is received.
  • Once a bonus is activated and a deposit is made, it cannot be cancelled — if you wish to cancel, the entire remaining bonus amount will be forfeited.
  • If fraudulent or collusive activity is found in claiming a bonus, the account may be closed and funds will not be returned.
  • mm98 reserves the right to modify bonus promotions at any time.

Gaming and Platform Usage

Fair Play Policy

mm98 is committed to creating a fair environment for all players. Games on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not designed to favour any particular player. We carefully monitor for any irregularities.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the mm98 platform —

  • Exploiting software bugs or bonus loopholes
  • Attempting to use the platform for money laundering
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
  • Arbitrage betting
  • Using automated software (bots) or hacking tools

If any of these actions are detected, mm98 may immediately close the account and the funds held may be forfeited.

Technical Issues

If a server error, network interruption, or other technical issue occurs, mm98 reserves the right to review and determine the outcome of any affected bets in a reasonable manner. mm98 is not responsible for paying out winnings that arise from software or server errors without a valid basis.
